At Dear Three Co., every order is carefully packaged with love and attention to detail. We know how exciting it is to receive happy mail, and we do our best to get your items to you quickly and safely.

📦 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods (like launches, sales, or holidays), processing may take an extra day or two.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

All orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on package weight.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Orders $50+ ship free!

  • You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.

🌿 Local Pickup (Optional)

If you’re local to the Opp, Alabama area or Enterprise, AL area, you may select Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready and arrange a convenient pickup time.

⏳ Estimated Delivery

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on USPS delivery times.

Please note: once a package is accepted by USPS, delivery times are outside of our control — but we’re happy to help track it down if there are any issues.

📭 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they’ve been marked as delivered by USPS. If your order seems delayed or lost, please reach out to USPS directly with your tracking number, and email us if you need additional help.
