π When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3β5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). During new launches or busy seasons, please allow a little extra time β we promise itβs worth the wait!
π How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3β7 business days after shipping. We ship all orders from Fort Novosel, Alabama using USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of your package.
π Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If youβre local to the Opp or Enterprise area, you can select Local Pickup at checkout. Weβll email you once your order is ready and schedule a convenient pickup time.
π Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes! Popular items and customer favorites are restocked whenever possible. Follow us on Instagram or join our email list to be the first to know when restocks go live.
π Can I return or exchange something?
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in new condition β unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
Because our inventory changes quickly, we cannot guarantee exchanges for specific items, but once your return is processed, youβll receive store credit to place a new order.
β What items are final sale?
All sale, clearance, accessories, and seasonal items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
