💛 Dear Three Co. Returns & Exchanges Policy
We truly hope you love every piece you order from Dear Three Co.! Each item is carefully selected to bring comfort, charm, and timeless style to your little one’s wardrobe.
That said, we understand that sometimes something just doesn’t fit quite right — and we’re here to help.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

With all tags still attached

Free of stains, smells, or pet hair
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a store credit (via digital gift card) for the item amount.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
🛍 Exchanges
Because our inventory moves quickly, we cannot guarantee exchanges for specific sizes or items. The fastest way to get the size you need is to place a new order using your store credit once it’s issued.
❌ Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable and final sale:

Clearance or sale items (anything marked “Final Sale”)

Accessories (bows, hats, socks, etc.)

Holiday or seasonal collections
💕 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at dearthreeco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
📬 How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email dearthreeco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with simple instructions and the return address.
